About The Author

Dr Karishma Stretton has an educational background in Medicine and Law. As well as working in the Australian public hospital system, Karishma has been involved in medical education at the University of Notre Dame School of Medicine, Sydney. Karishma developed an interest in children's physical, psychological and spiritual well-being after the birth of her children. Within her book, Karishma integrates her own personal and philosophical perspectives with her medical knowledge and experience of being a parent.
